Customized, used, or tag-removed items cannot be returned or exchanged.

We provide doorstep pickup for eligible returns, only from the original shipping address.

All exchange requests go through a thorough quality check at our end. The product’s originality, signs of usage, and wear & tear are verified before approval. Celestora Credits (our store credit system) are issued only after the item passes the quality check. These credits are valid for 3 months and can be used on any future purchase.

Replacements or credits are processed within 7–10 working days after inspection.

All disputes are subject to Chandigarh jurisdiction.

Celestora reserves the right to decline returns or exchanges in cases of misuse, inconsistent claims, or suspected fraud to protect against risk.
