Yes. As part of Celestora’s Green Jewellery Initiative, we offer lifetime repair support on a chargeable basis to help extend the life of your jewellery and reduce unnecessary waste.
Returns, Replacements & Refunds
We do not offer general returns. Returns, replacements, or exchanges are only possible for wrong, damaged, or defective products, subject to policy conditions.
You are eligible for a replacement if you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective item and report it within the required time.
Damaged or defective items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with a proper video, and the Do Not Remove Tag must still be attached.
If you receive a wrong item, please report it within 24 hours of delivery along with proper unboxing video.
Exchanges are only possible if you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective product.
Customized, used, or tag-removed items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Yes. We provide doorstep pickup for eligible returns, but only from the original shipping address depending upon availability at your pincode.
All requests go through a thorough quality check. We verify originality, signs of usage, and wear and tear before approval.
Celestora Credits are our store credit system. If an eligible item passes quality check, credits may be issued and can be used on any future purchase.
Celestora Credits are valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
