Our Promise:
Celestora stands behind the quality and lasting value of our silver products. With our Lifetime Exchange Service, we ensure that your investment is protected for as long as you own the product. Please review the following terms carefully.
1. Eligibility & Valuation
Scope:
- Applies to all Celestora silver products purchased within India by the original owner.
- “Lifetime” means for as long as the product remains under the original purchaser’s ownership. Only one buy-back/exchange request per product is permitted.
Buy-Back/Exchange Value Calculation:
- 0 to 3 months from purchase: 50% of the original purchase value.
- 3 to 6 months from purchase: 40% of the original purchase value.
- 6 to 12 months from purchase: 15% of the original purchase value.
- No exchange after 12 months
- Note: Valuation is based solely on the original purchase price. Any additional deductions for repairs, excessive damage, or missing documentation will be clearly itemized.
2. Product Condition, Authenticity, & Quality Check (QC)
Quality Check Process:
- Products will undergo a standardized QC to verify:
- Minimal wear and tear consistent with normal use.
- No unauthorized modifications or repairs.
- Retention of original structure and integrity.
- The quality check process will take up to 7 days from the time the product is received by Celestora.
- If a product fails QC, a detailed report will be provided, and the customer may request clarification or a secondary evaluation.
Authenticity Verification:

Documentation:
- The original packaging must accompany the product.
- A standard deduction of ₹100 will be applied per missing packaging items.

Silver Authenticity Check:
- Upon return, the silver item will be tested to confirm its authenticity.
- The final buy-back/exchange value will be provided only if the returned item’s authenticity matches Celestora’s quality standards.
- Additional documentation (original bill/invoice, purchase records, and product photos) may be requested to support verification.
3. Shipping & Handling
Self-Shipping Requirements:
- The customer must ship the product to the designated Celestora shipping address (provided upon request).
- Products must be sent using an insured and trackable shipping method.
- Customers are required to securely package items to avoid damage during transit.
Liability & Claims:
- Celestora is not liable for any damage or loss incurred during transit.
- In case of transit-related issues, customers must file a claim with the shipping carrier immediately and notify Celestora with all supporting documentation.
4. Compensation & Gift Card/Discount Code
Issuance:
- Upon successful QC and verification of authenticity, the final buy-back/exchange value will be provided as a gift card/discount code of equivalent value as determined after QC.

Usage Terms:
- The gift card/discount code can be used for another purchase on the Celestora website.
- The purchase amount must be greater than the value of the gift card/discount code; any amount exceeding the gift card value will be payable by the customer.
- The gift card/discount code will be delivered via email, phone, or any other communication channel through which the customer is in contact with Celestora.
- Please note that the QC process and issuance of the gift card/discount code will take up to 7 days.
No Cash Refunds:
- This policy does not provide for direct cash refunds.
5. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction
All legal matters will be subject to the jurisdiction of UT/Chandigarh.
